Kyle M. Smith

About me

I have been a software engineer at VMware since 2007. I work on vCloud Director from our Cambridge, MA office. From 2011-2013 I worked on the Integration Engineering team developing automation solutions that powered the hands-on labs at VMworld and other events around the world. Prior to VMware I worked at IBM in Poughkeepsie, NY. I'm also a huge fan of free and open source software.

I graduated from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY. While at Clarkson I was one of the original members of the Clarkson Open Source Institute, a student-run applied computer science research lab at the University.
